Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver to your doorstep in the shortest possible time and use only trusted carriers in the business to ensure that your orders arrive on time and in excellent condition. We take full responsibility for each order sent out and take care in packing each parcel to ensure safe arrival. Should an order arrive damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. The tracking number is usually sent to you via email.
We use DHL as our main courier for local and international order. Should your parcel not arrive, do let us know so that we may check with the courier service provider. Delivery fee varies based on location and total volumetric weight of the parcel.
Estimated Delivery Time
Your orders take 3 – 7 business days to reach you for local orders via J&T Express/GDEX/PosLaju, and 3 to 14 business days for international orders via DHL Express.
